Photographer's Note
Mustang Landscapes - with the village of Zong at a distance and in front of it - The Three Temples.
My last photograph was where I was looking across over Dzong while climbing down from Muktinath to Kagbeni. That was around 12 noon.
This has been clicked after about an hours trek past this village... at about 3.40 in the evening.
The three temple like structures in the foreground are an important part of the upper-mustang Tibetan architecture. They signify goodness, peace and safety. You will find them not inside the village but out in the mountains, somewhere along the trekking paths. There are more stories around these structures, each having a different colour and obviously a different meaning. But that we shall keep for another day.

Hello Arunava,
The same magnificent scenery as the last photo - but better colours;-). This photo owes a lot to the three wonderful and fascinating buildings at the bottom. I have never seen anything similar and not even heard of these structures, but they provide a kind of magic to the entire scenery.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Arunava,
The expansive valleys and mountain ranges you have been giving us are thought provoking, and with your notes, they are become so meaningful. The symbolism of the three cupola structure is wonderful, each with a different color. I wonder, however, about the scale. The rocks at the foundation are massive.
Warm regards and best wishes for Sunday,
Bulent

Hi Arunava
first of all, congrats on reaching 200 posts.
its always fun when you can reach a nice round number like that.
I think its great that you left out the skyline, sometimes that's the best option.
its a lovely piece of rustic landscape with the temples dispersed throughout.
thanks for this one
Cheers

Nmaste Arunava. Incredible topography and although the structures are a little more colourful, they do blend well with the surroundings. Regards. Klaudio.

Hello Arunava,
A very well composed image with the three temples nicely placed and making a pleasing juxtaposition with the village in the background. The impressive mountain landscape is very well rendered under an agreeable ambient light.

Hello Arunava,
The building on the foreground looks very intriguing with each part in a different colour.
An awesome landscape whereby the village looks puny in its impressive surroundings.
An excellent composition and a nice colour contrast between the trees and the arid mountain slopes.
Best regards, Paul
