...coconut, mango, durian, ube, and chocolates are the flavors of this proud vendor's offer to all the visitors during this year's turtle festival with temperatures reaching up to 39 degrees Celsius at noon time...

this shot was taken the day before the festival, where a number of home-made ice creams are already offered along the shore. Creating the pattern at the immediate background are the shadows of the festival decorations with a bit of the landscape in the far away horizon.

I had to rotate the image so that the horizon is "horizontal" and kept the not so usual irregular framing...

Hi Alex!
A good portrait and daily scene! I had never heard about this festival before.
I like the pose of the little boy facing your camera but I guess the ice cream box is still a little heavy for him. Good b&w!

Hi Alex,
Interesting use of tilt in the edit - it kind of works to give the image more dynamics I guess. There is some charm here, and good sense of space too.
