Aklan is a province in the Panay group of islands in the Philippines. This is the typical countryside scene where coconuts and rice paddies dominate the view. I took this as the plane approached Kalibo airport yesterday.

I really like these kinds of shots. Scenery like this makes me feel happy inside...the palm trees, the rice fields; everything works very nicely together.

This is great stuff. Well done.

Great framing, good detail. I see a bit of glare in the distance, but it does not take away from the picture.
