IN A CURVE OF THE LAKE, a photo from Irkutsk, East Siberia

We were waiting for sunset yet and passed at side of Shaman Rock, located behind me. The poles with colorful ribbons and the best spot for sunset was located up there.
In the next morning I would watch a group of dogs hunting a wild animal here, but they lost the prey and cried a lot..

Estávamos esperando o pôr do sol e decidimos passar para além da base da Rocha do Shamă, que estava atrás de mim nessa foto. Os postes com fitas coloridas e o melhor ponto para ver o pôr do sol estavam lá em cima.
Na manhă seguinte assisti a um grupo de căes perseguindo um animal selvagem nessa praia, mas eles acabaram perdendo a presa e choraram de desgosto.

Hello Jorge,

This is a beautiful spot, very well captured on your photograph.
Your well chosen viewpoint has achieved a very effective, curved guideline from the f/g to the sloping trees, which make the focal point as they stand tall.
There is a very definite warm/cool colours contrast, the warm colours on the right and the cool ones on the left.

The idea of hunting pack of dogs sounds daunting!

It's a nice view with the elegantly curving beach and the trees as the most prominent features. I like the contrast between the red/orange tones of the hill and the grey lake and clouds.

Hi Jorge,

You have captured well the ripples on the water. The point of view is showing the details of the beach and of the cliff. The cloudy sky sky does not hurt the colors output. Have a nice day.

Hello Jorge, beautiful view of this pebble beach near Shaman Rock. The two green pine trees contrast beautifully with the yellow grasses and rocks. Wonderful view of the Baikal Lake. I went there for sunset, but also the sunrises were fantastic.

very nice autumnal color tones and some fog which also adds a characteristic element of this season.
