Nice opening shot Vladimir. Welcome to TE.
I like the composition, with building to the right of the frame and the bridge starting from the centre of the frame out to centre left. Although a little grainy, it doesn't bother me and it is very well exposed for the bright areas, keeping the nice blue in the lights.

we seem to get mostly "village life" type of pictures from Russia here. so thanks for bringing diversity!! i have not see the bridge myself - a little story (Note) would be helpful.

i rated 2 for (1) originality of the photo idea- see comment above and (2) good clear night photo, something i am trying to learn

Fantastic! The scene is absolutely breathtaking, and almost like a futuristic reality! the lights on top of the building , in a comical sense, make it look as though the building is a UFO that is just landing!!

Dear Vladimir,
What a picture! Very good.
However, I do think it lacks enough contrast and that those forward-facing lights should be dimmed to reduce their affect - they dominate the lower quater of the picture and make it looked washed-out.

Nice night shot. The fog/haze created very special light effects, like the lights on the roofs. It resembled water streaming down the building. I like the blue light on the bridge.
