Tumulli Park in Gyeongju, this is a place where the Monarchs of The Silla Dynasty and their family rest. The park is located in the heart of the city.

i like the layering here. there's a hint of shape repetition here too, which i think was your aim. it would be great to have someone walking across the front of the mound, just to give a sense of scale. some other shape like a tree or something would break it up a little too, without wrecking it. timuli park is a great place. but i actually like the park acroos/down the road from timuli. there's no wall and families go there for picnics. dining with kings... as it were. gyeongju is definitely on my hit list for when i visit next (this year or next.. not sure)..
