It's just one part of a studio's stage.As background the podium of announcer.I'm wondering why they need for 3 worlds?I just keep silence and get no answer till now.
I took it as worm eye view.60 angle up and set the composition as the right balance.

Very nice Threedet. I like the composition with the low angle and being off kilter, it makes the scene even more interesting.
Are all the globes the same? I have a set of atlases from the 1930's and many of the countries shown have not existed in years. Maybe there is something on one globe that is not on the others.
