Soon after the Tsunami, electricians are trying to restore the electricity and phone lines in Patong Beach... But the wiring is well known in Thailand to be a total anarchy... Amazingly these guys always will find their way! Street by street, the power was restored quite fast.

Wow, great capture of the chaos. Looks much the same as the wiring in the parts of the Dominican Republic I visited. Amazing they can figure out what line runs where.

I was amazed by the electricity lines on Phuket island even before the Tsunami.
