Photographer's Note
Just across the road from the Sapa Market we came across this enterprising barber practicing his trade on a customer. It was not a proper barber shop but a makeshift hut just beside the stairs leading up to another road. I did not ask how much it cost for a hair cut here but if some of the trekearth members are willing to give him a try I think he will do a good job. I am not sure how well he is with hair cuts for ladies. I do not see any lady customers.
His attire in a way caught my attention, i.e. the army hat and face mask which I thought could make a interesting photo.
I inevitably caught a bit of my reflection at the mirror. I should have been more careful but I only noticed that after reviewing this photo again thoroughly but by that time I was already somewhere else.
I decided to post this photo anyway.

Since you learned your lesson, I will say you did a great job here. We all have photos of something which, upon review, we noticed in the frame. As the photojournalists say..."watch your backgrounds"
Great Job.

Good photo NG!
In spite of your reflexion, the photo is good and it shows many interesting details. I like the way the mirror is tied up with all thse wires and it's funny to see he does his work only with these few things!

Hi Andre,
Nice pic. I like photos with mirror reflections. In this photo there are 2 dominant subjects. I would personally focus for the mirror reflection only but if you wanted to focus on the hairdresser you could have increasee DOF to get both the reflection and hairdresser into focus. It looks like there was not too much light so maybe you could have removed the polarizer.
I would give 2 but in the end give you only one point for including yourself in the picture :-)
Best regards,
Ondrej
