This yellow-throated toucan (Ramphastos ambiguus) was rather far away against the bright sky, so the image quality is not quite the way I want it. But I still want to show it here because it is such an impressive bird.
Yellow-throated toucan is one the biggest birds in toucan family.

It's a beautiful bird, and although it is a bit distant it's still a good photo. The network created by the branches is almost as nice as the bird.

Hello Kari,
An excellent photo of this beautiful bird with its yellow neck and partly yellow large beak. Also his eye stands out well from the greenish tones around it. It was clearly seen in the bare trees and against the pale blue sky.

Kari, unforgettable encounter during a stroll in Costarician jungle. This toucan was perched on a branch, it is observing the surroundings. The yellow and green feathers on its head give a lot of charm to this bird. Fine colors, good sharpness, interesting photo note, regards.

I liked the view with the nude branches of the tree around and the animal peeking you. nice view of nature. toucans are native of my municipality but I never saw them here, they were extinct many decades ago.but I presume they will return soon because in these last years many wild birds and animals are coming back, even jaguars, but not monkeys..
