Photographer's Note

I tried something "new" for me. Doing star trails in a big city is kinda difficult due to light pollution, so I traveled with my friend Osiris to a rather rural town called San José de las Matas (or Sajoma, for short), in order to capture more stars and hoping to capture a few meteors from the Perseids meteor shower that peaked this week. I'm pretty new to this, so I was somehow prepared to not getting it right.

While we actually saw some shooting stars, none registered in my sequence. and to worsen things up, my star trails came out intermittent. Yeah, I know, my camera settings were not optimal. What a bummer!

But anyways, I got the experience and learned something out of it. I didn't want to throw my sequence to the digital trash, so I'm posting it anyways. Hopefully next time I'll get it right :)
