Morgen John,

My dictionary say's "Dandelion" and in danish its called "Maelke-boette" (Milk-pot direct translation to english)
I seams yours Paardebloem earlier the ours - very fine capture John - great DOF and sharpness.

According to the following website, http://www.wildmanstevebrill.com/Plants.Folder/Dandelion.html, it is called a 'dandelion seed head'. The website offers a drawing and a an actual color pic. Like the macro but wish you had a dandelion flower also in the pic.

When I was a kid, I use to play with this kind of "flower" (?). It´s agreable to me see this one.
Nice capture. Well seen.

Great closeup of this dandelion, John. Looking at it, I am already starting to inhale in order to blow towards my monitor ;-) You did well capturing the center of the flower sharply, and the fluffy edges a bit softer. I also like the off-center positioning.

Nee, grapje, hoor.
Lekker soft plaatje

Hi John,
A nice close-up of the dandelion which has reached maturity. It will be blown away by the wind soon. The details and colors of the flower are clear and sharp. The subject is well frame. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
