The roof is having almost the same color of the dark sky, longer exposure time may or may not help us to see the "edge", if it really does not, you could fake it be Photoshop. And there is a flare in the right hand side, is it a street light causing this?

Nice dramatic shot. I'd consider cloning out the lens flare (?) spots and cleaning up the background. Neat Image works great on large noisy areas.

Consider cropping off a bit of the bottom, that one bright green (whatever) is distracting.

Hé je ne l'avais pas vue celle-lŕ Fred. Bon ce n'est pas votre meilleure, l'arbre ŕ droite dérange un peu mais le bâtiment est bien éclairé et bien présenté. Bien vu.

Wow, Fred, this is a great picture for entering TE, I love the silver light on teh tower, and the golden light IN the tower. Nice lights everywhere.

Trčs belle premičre photo Fred ! Ce magnifique bâtiment est superbement rendu par ses différentes lumičres et votre cliché capture l'essentiel des détails de la façade. Le point de vue de côté ajoute une sorte d'impériosité ŕ ce bâtiment. Trčs bien fait.
