Bruges a walk through the city with camera in hand

2019 Saturday afternoon

Saturday in Bruges with waiting carriages and many tourists walking across the market square.

The flag of Bruges shows, just like the coat of arms of Bruges, a climbing lion of azure on eight transverse beams of silver and throat. The lion is tongue and throat nailed and has a crown and a collar, with a cross on it, of gold. The proportions of the flag are 2: 3.

Flanders Lion
The flag of Flanders, usually called the Flemish Lion or the lion's flag, is the flag of the Flemish Community and the Flemish Region. This flag was officially adopted as the flag of the Council for the Dutch Cultural Community in 1973, and later, in 1985, as the flag of the Flemish Community
I hope that you enjoy it

The national flag of Belgium is a tricolor consisting of three vertical bands: black, yellow and red. In 1830 the flag unofficially still consisted of three horizontal bands, with the colors red, yellow and black

The flag of the Council of Europe and the European Union, often referred to as the European flag or flag of Europe, is not only the symbol of two international organizations, but also of the unity and identity of Europe in a wider sense

I hope you like it
