I am sorry,Marian,but this is not exactly the House of the Bulgarian Parliament but the building of the ex-communistic party.
Anyway,the picture is great and I think that the B/W is more appropriate for Stalin's empire style of architecture.
Well-done, indeed!

Great and dramatic view enhanced by the cloudy sky. The POV is appropriate to the architecture. Perfect composition and light as well.
