This is a village that lies on the other side of the Lokvarsko Lake, Gorski kotar. The village is named Lokve and this particulary borrough is named Homer and is 7 min far away (by foot) from the lake. It is a beautiful place for vacation for those who love mountains. There is always lots of things to do: fishing in the lake, swimming, biking all around the entire lake (there is a marked path), walking, collecting medicinal herbs, mushrooms, forrest fruits, ... In Lokve, there is also a beautiful cave named, as you probably guessed already, Lokvarka.
You should visit this place, it is not so beautiful only in the photos, but in the reality is much more.
