Many of the houses on the island of Pag are lovingly restored, but here and there one sees the imprint of time. This rusty handle caught my attention as it matched nicely the wooden door.

I like this theme. The Old doors are very interesting subjects for shoting. Good sharpness, fine vertical format.

Hello Klaudio,

This is an effective detail shot of the door handle, the browns hues of the wood setting off the rusty door handle. You've gone from B&W of the last few photos to color here, and I like both. This one is far better in color of course.

Kako je ovo neobican izbor, i kako velicanstvena fotografija Klaudio! Izbor detalja, kompozicija, boje i price skrivene iza ovih zatvorenih i vremenom nagrizenih vrata. Zaista mi se neobicno svidja, do najsitnijeg detalja, ukljucujuci polukruzni trag koji na drvetu ostavise drugi kljucevi iz sveznja, oni koji samo prave drustvo kljucu koji otvara ova vrata.

Pozdrav prijatelji iz daleka a tako blizu.
Vrata nas zatvaraju i odvajaju od lepote prirode, uspavljuju nasa cula i instikt.
Sve se vise zatvaramo i ostavljamo snove ispred praga, lepe boje i fotografija, cestitam na odabranom detalju sa kontrastom stare brave i novog uloska sa savremenim kljucem.

The lock piece is rusted, but the handle isn't because of use obviously. A good closeup of the door, with the brown hues specially attractive. Thanks to your framing, this is a good 'abstract' image. Good idea, well executed
