This is a building which people from Vukovar usually call Black widow.It is called Black widow because inside of the building are apartements for the families of the Croatian soldiers died in the Homeland war (1991-1995).On the ground floor there are shops and on the upper flors there are apartements.Many people say that is the most successful architectural project of the two Penezic & Rogina. It is rated as an extremely successful interpolation with the environment and Vukovar puts on the architectural map of cities with very light urban design solutions.
