Frosty leaves in mid December just enhances the sleep of the nature. All is quite, trees all gone - but now it's time for the icy decorations of the Danish nature.

Greetings Jan,

I love the detail in this picture. The background color is a bit interesting, but it works to highlight the leaf color and detail as the eye is directed to the subject. I also think that the off-center placement of the subject is well done and gives the composition form.

Very beautiful Jan! Love the shallow DOF and the pastel colours. One thing to bear in mind is that this kind of image is better suited to TrekLens or TrekNature though!

Jewerly made of dry leaves and glittering frost.. such a surprise that such a simple things being closely observed gives us such a tremendous performance of the most sophisticated forms.. Beautiful bright colours.. really well done!
