Ok - jeg mĺ indrřmme den har du fanget flot - Jeg har vist aldrig set denne farve orkide fřr - den virker helt orientalsk.

Considering how dark the subject is, I think you have done a pretty good job in bringing out the detail. I would prefer not to see whatever that is in the lower background, and to have a bit more DOF in order to keep the top of the flower in focus. A good effort all the same.

Un sabot de venus (nom commun en france), bien mis en scčne par ce fond blanc.
Ce qui est extraordinaire dans cette photo c'est que malgré la taille de la photo on arrive ŕ voir les petits poils !
A noter que l'on trouve cette plante ŕ l'etat naturel (rare tout de męme) en France dans les alpes, c'est une plante protégée ŕ l'etat naturel , et son nom toujours en etat naturel est "Cypripedium calceolus ".

Great job with the dark colours in the subject Asger. There are still a lot of details in the flower. - I have to agree with Keith in the disturbing thing in the background. I would be even much better if you had moved the plant before taking the photo or cut the thing out in Photoshop.
