Photographer's Note

The salt marshes in the bay of the Mont-Saint-Michel are very famous. The plants who occupy this space are adapted to the presence of saltwater. Because of halophytic vegetation which serves as a pasture, the flesh of the "pre-salted lamb" (the special designation) acquires an inimitable flavour and is very appreciated byt the gourmets.
