Fields of fertility, a photo from Champagne-Ardenne, North

Photographer's Note

In the fields of fertility, the corns nature with the sun. The ears with the geometrical figures are promises of abundance.
The fields form a patchwork of colors that the wind makes quiver.
Only, incongruous, the tree romp monotony in an effort of insolence.

After rices, sunflowers, here the corns which I frame on the same model.

Dans les champs de fertilité, les blés murissent au soleil. Les épis aux figures géométriques sont des promesses d'abondance.
Les champs forment un patchwork de couleurs que le vent fait frémir.
Seul, incongru, l'arbre romp la monotonie dans un effort d'insolence.

Aprčs les riz, les tournesols, voici les blés que je cadre sur le męme modčle.

Effectivement, tu deviens un spécialiste des champs, ŕ l'instar de jp80... En tout cas, cet arbre isolé dans ces champs aux couleurs chaudes est trčs bien vu. Bravo!

Magnifiques jaunes et verts, un choix de format adapté, j'aime cet arbre solitaire.
Lumičres bien rčglées avec peut-ętre une trop forte clarté dans le fond.
Quoi qu'il en soit, c'est un superbe cliché de campagne.

Hello Bertrand,
tu peux bien cadrer selon le męme modčle car il est excellent.
Beau patchwork, belles couleurs et lumičre.
C'est arbre, si petit dans la compo, est un point fort essentiel.
Peut-ętre un poil trop de sharpen.

I like really the composition and DOF of this shot, I think they are great.
I only think that it's a little overexposed (see histogram of the photo on PS->levels) or maybe a bit of underexposure (or use of a polarizer and ND2 grad filter) could make this photo better.

Nice sunny summerphoto. I like the colours and the composition with the lonely tree to the right, but the foreground is a bit too sharp, it is almost a bit grainy or something. Nevertheless a very beautiful summerpic of France!

The wheat on the foreground is very sharp and clear, lovely details, the green colour on the foreground against the yellow on the background is a great contrast, beautiful fine picture.

Il y a encore une fois une germotrie aussi rigoureuse qu'artistique dans ton travail, cher Bertrand. Je n'essaierais meme pas car il y faut une certaine discipline qui me manque. Cadrage parfait, ainsi que le placement de l'arbre. Bravo. Amicalement, Francis

Very nice composition. The use of the field to create a geometric composition works very well, and is especially attractive. The placement of the tree is perfect. If I would change something it would be the brightness, as the image is very, very bright. Reducing the brightness a bit the image would look less aggressive. Still, its a minor correction easily done.
