Photographer's Note

Provence is famous for the lavender fields, and mid-July is the perfect period to see them in full blossom. It really is a wondeful view.
The colors you see in the photo are real, I did not saturate them!

Very nice composition and colors. You have the exact proportions of blue sky and yellow foregroung (wheat?), to make for an incredible contrast.

Very nice photo, I have been to Provence and I saw the same pictures like Your photo... Your photo is even perfect, but the bottom of photo could be cropped in my opinion. You have taken so much grass :) But all is OK!

The purple of the lavender is such a startling colour to find in a landscape. This is a beautiful photo with all the layers of colour.

A fantastic colored shot.
Sorry but I would like you dismanteled the electric line ;-)
Having a zoom on this shot you can see JPEG artifacts at the limit of the sky (multi JPEG savong ?)
From my opinion this picture need to be sharpened a little bit.
