This picture was shot on my way to the top of the Mont Pécloz (2197m), a mountain located in the Massif des Bauges (Savoie), France. I wanted to go hiking on a mountain near the bigger Alps, and we chose Mont Pécloz -what a great choice. But hiking there was not that easy: some parts of the "trail" (which was not that obvious to see and follow) were not that easy to pass, with falling rocks, slippery herbs, ice and snow melting... You can look at the picture to see the angle of the slope -trail passes on the right of the tree. If you want to add this mountain to your hiking book, I recommand you wear GOOD hiking boots, and I hope you're not afraid of disappearing trails ;)

Postprocessing: this picture needed a little cropping because my polarizing filter makes dark corners when I fully use my wide angle, and then I turned the picture to B&W.
