Hi Alexander,

What a dramatic and interesting setting for this house. I like this scene very much because is clear and sharp. The colours also make natural. You framed this scene well creating a good combination of layers from fore to background. Thanks :-)

I often have seen this motif - but never in this skillful and beautiful way. Including the foreground here creates a wonderful depth, adds some colours and show this uncommon building in its surroundings. A truly worth-seeing photo!

A lovely sharp and clear image to complement a fine composition. The point of view is well chosen to allow the curving shoreline to act a s a lead line drawing the viewer into the scene towards the delightful little house. Excellent natural colours and superb sharpness throughout. Very well done, thanks for sharing.

You find an interresting pov with good use of different plan (grass, sand, water) in foreground to present the house between the rock. Very good colors in every plan, the excellent blue sky give a good background.

I had never heard of this before. It is an amazing sight and it reminds me of the children's hymn The Wise Man Built his House upon the Rock. It is an excellent composition using the curving shore and the grasses in the foreground, giving added depth.

Hi, Alexander. It's not the first time I've seen that house on TE, but I must admit I find your framing original. You have the good idea to include grass in the foreground and use the stones on the right to point towards the main subject. There are good contrasts and the house and rocks stand well out against the sky.

The sharpness is fantastic here and the scenery with this cute house squeezed in between the rocks is so cute. The composition is perfect too the way the eye is drawn first to the interesting seascape in the foreground then to the original scene behind.

Ah it's been a while I have last seen this house on TE, nice sunny image with good coastal foreground, hope you didn't get in trouble as the owners are said to be a bit upset by the visiting masses ;-)

Hi Alexander.
What a place to build a house! Your photo of it is absolutely marvellous. First, I think you have cropped it as well as possible, given the elements of the picture. Second, the foreground shoreline is magnificently captured and makes a beautiful curving diagonal. I visited this coast in June 07, but missed this place. I certainly wouldn't have had such a nice day anyway, as it rained all the time.
Great shot; just makes me want to visit Brittany again.
