Photographer's Note
Rivoli Street in a sunny Autunn day. Locals and turists alike take the warmth of the last sunny days of the year to engage in the most Parisians of activities, people watching, preferably From the outside tables of the many cafes in the city. To see and to be seem that's the 'question du jour'...
Colour version on the WS, please let me know which one you prefer.

Bien vu

Wow, Flavia, I can feel the amosphere of this Parisian outside cafe, the vivid background and stylish metropolitan life in the foreground. Many thanks for sharing, Jalab

A very nice BW streetshot with interesting contrast of sharpness. Very classic and I find her very pretty, too, both in BW and in color am sure...:> Thanks for sharing...Alex
You forgot to post the color, though...;>

Hello Flavia,
I think b&w is the perfect choice for such kind of picture (forgot to post the colour ??), its a romantic and classic shot and I like the way you framed the outdoor cafe's athmosphere...
Very good work and thanks for share it :-)

Bonjour Flavia,

Hello Flavia,
Black and white is a good choice here. It makes for a pleasing retro mood despite the use of a mobile by the young lady in the foreground. Very evocative of outdoor Parisian life.

Flavia,

Hi Flavia, I am addicted to your beautiful gallery. There are so many to choose from. This photo reminds me of that famous B&W photo taken of the two young women at a Parisian cafe in the 1920s. It was so Parisian, as is this one. Excellent use of the vertical and B&W - the DOF and sharpness are classical. I'm torn by the timelessness of the B&W and the modernity and life of the colour version in WS. They're both fantastic. You should be very proud of your work, Lisa.
