Yes it is a magnificent panorama! The view is stunning but I think what made it extraordinary is the morning light which so nicely emphasized the texture of the snow and added some shadows and depth to the scene. It feels three dimensional. Brilliant sky to top it up.

now that is a clear sky, a clear winter day, crisp, clear, clean air. love it. our winters here in Vancouver are often dull and grey, with very little blue sky. Love how the trees have that 'frozen' type of look to them. lovely shot

really a special view. the snowy mountain ahead created a special BG while the frozen forest added a special texture to the compo. here a cold wind from the sea, and it is summer, afternoon it is hot again.
