Photographer's Note

Mont Saint-Michel is located in Normandy, North of France. Its name comes from a small island dedicated to archangel Michael. The church is crowned by a gold statue of St. Michael. The special architecture of Mont Saint-Michel and its bay make it one of the most visited tourist attraction in France. The place has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.
