Photographer's Note

Yes, this is a nightshot again. I wanted to give it a try so I took the 8km dirtroad from Kalyviani village and then the 2 km rocky path in the middle of the night. When I reached to a good point for a panoramic view I put my camera on the tripod, the shutter speed at "bulp" and left it "open" for two minutes. The (almost) full moon did the rest. When I returned to my hotel and looked at the picture on my laptop I noticed that the camera had captured a slight movement of the stars in the sky (I don'
t know if it's visible in this reduced size photo). I thought I should return and try even longer exposures, maybe 1-2 hours or more (for a better capture of the track of the stars), but I didn't make it. Maybe, next time.
