The wide view..., a photo from Evia, Central Greece

Photographer's Note

It was a cloudy and moody October morning, in north east Evia, in the beach of Vasilika! This bench was there since summer time! When i returned back again, during winter, someone told me, that the waves took it away! It was so nice, to sit there and look the wide view!! In the opposite side you can see the island of Skopelos.

Hi Angelos,
This might have been a good subject, but I think you needed to decide what the photograph is about.
Is it the bench or the view of the island & dramatic sky?
I think I would have crouched down a bit so I was on a level with the bench - then there would be more of the sky.
Or made a vertical format photo - there's not much interest at the sides of the bench.
And the horizon needs to be level.
I've done a workshop to show you a vertical shot.
