John: Very impressive post as your TE first. Congratulations and welcome. I'm curious, though, about what is casting that large shadow from the right.

The colors, sky, sun angle, and composition are all very well done.

Very good color, contrast, and comp. What is casting the shadow!?!?! It is a mystery shadow. Adds to the mystery of the shot.

Hi John. Welcome to TE and all that. This composition is a good one with the rock in the foreground and the perspective along the beach. The shadows are very dramatic. Is there a large rock just off-shore casting that large shadow? Could be a little over-saturated to me, but it's a lovely shot.

Welcome to trekearth John. I was missing your pics of Ireland. Wonderful autumnal colours in this and the composition is up to your usual standard. A touch soft in the BG I first thought, but on second glance I think it's something else maybe compression and mainly on the grassy areas.

hi John. Marvellous colours, beautiful panorama. Not the usual picture one associates with the windswept isle.The dark rocks embedded in the sand provide nice points of interest and a contrast to the smooth blanket of deep yellow. Lovely work. My compliments and welcome to TE. Regards. Klaudio.

A good POV for that compo with shade/light contrasts and good color saturation. Like others, I'm curious to know from where comes the big shadow in the middle.

Good beach photo. Nice low light produced fine shadows that enhance perspective and colours of sand.

bienvenue sur Trek.
a regarder ta photo , il n'est pas necessaire de partir bien loin de chez soi pour trouver de beaux coins a photographier .La composition est superbe . Le rocher en avant-plan permet de mieux situer la grandeur de la plage qui s'il était absent. Et surtout aucun pas n'a foulé cette plage .
Du bon boulot .J'attend tes futures photos .
