Photographer's Note
After the disasterous 1693 Sicily earthquake the new town of Ragusa Superiore was built on the hill next to Ragusa. The old area, Ragusa Ibla, was rebuilt by those who didn't want move.
This morning photo was taken from Ragusa Ibla looking at Ragusa Superiore's older area tumbling down the hillside.
