Alternative way, a photo from Venice, Veneto

Photographer's Note

I thought to extend greetings to all in an alternative way. No snow, no trees, no slides.
How? With a work of art at the Venice Biennale 2010, photography high tones, light, summer dress for a woman.
That your future is a future of light, especially... (Who told the photographers, has more flavor).
I hope that the TE administrators are kind to me. Thanks.

Come? Con un'opera d'arte della Biennale 2010 di Venezia, toni fotografici alti, luce, una donna con abiti estivi. Che il vostro futuro sia un futuro di luce, soprattutto... (che detto a dei fotografi, ha un sapore in piů).
Spero che gli amministratori di TE siano benevoli con me.

Ciao Renzo,

What an unusual display, and what a beautifully composed shot. I am putting it in a new group theme, "Pictures at an Exhibition" that I recently started. Here the young woman viewer, seemingly unaffected by the display next to her offers an excellent compositional element, especially with the dark rectangular wall behind her.

hai fatto bene a porgere i tuoi auguri in modo alternativo.
Uscire dagli schemi č una cosa che piace anche a me, (quando possibile) e qui il risultato sembra ottimale.
Tra l'altro i colori del Natale ci sono tutti, quindi... va bene cosě.
La foto č realizzata in modo artistico. L'arte nella tua arte.
La presenza umana dŕ un tocco di vita alla scena, movimentandola.

Decisamente un biglietto d'auguri molto originale, che io apprezzo tantissimo! Bella l'essenza del bianco e della grafica! Fantastica la donna fra il quadrato nero ed il bianco!

Quelle piume sembrano gli" scacciapensieri " o "acchiappa sogni" degli indiani d'America. Un modo comunque perfetto per augurare un Buon Natale. Senza brutti pensieri e con tanti sogni...Quello che davvero ti auguro, Renzo. Buon Natale!

Almost a modern painting with the dry flowers against the wall.
You did excellent addition the lady this for the atmosphere.

This is a very elegant and attractive composition, and as a Christmas greeting it's refreshingly different. Beside the work of art itself, the woman has become a work of art herself by the way she is portraid in front of the black square.
