Bonjour Jeanlouis,
This is the forst B&W image I've seen of the Venice canals, and I must say that it has worked very well. Very good mix of grey and black tones with the gondolas creating good interest and balance in the composition. The perfectly still waters have created attractive night reflections.
Very well done.

Mmmmmmm Venice, the magical one. A very glamourous shot, the use of B&W makes of it a very interesting one, but I have the doubt...how could it have been in the special venetian colours?

la pose longue a-t-elle lissé la surface plus que si la pose était moins longue ? en tout cas l'ambiance nocturne rend bien, en N&B.
pour le POV, j'aurais peut-ętre essayé d'inclure une tęte de gondole dans le tout premier plan

the light is the main feature of your excellent composition. It really stresses the glamour of this place! My compliments! (But I must admit that I also have some problems to get used to B&W having in mind the beautiful colors of Venice!)

J'aime beaucoup cette photo assez difficile. La lumičre ne devait pas ętre facile ŕ gérer et ta conversion en noir & blanc est superbe. Le flou du premier bateau gčne un peu sinon le reste est trčs réussi avec un beau cadrage.

J'aime ce noir et blanc pour cette photo de Venise la nuit. Tout y est bien pensé et exécuté depuis la beauté de l'architecture du pont et de son reflet jusqu'aux gondoles bien rangées pour le repos.
