Snow? Snow!, a photo from Aosta-Aoste, Val dAosta

Photographer's Note

This is a view o Champoluc, a village that lies at the end of Val d'Ayas. This is a secondary valley of the bigger Aosta Valley. This year there is a lot of snow and after I took this shot a further huge quantity of snow has been dropped down. I remember that before taking this photo I had an excellent 'polenta' (thick maize porridge mixed with melted cheese). Great and suited to this climate!

what´s a winter-capture as it should be; snow everythere the eye could see, fine capture and pretty sharpness and depth..

mi piace molto la tua composizione dove lo sguardo si perde dapprima in mezzo alla neve sparsa su tetti, piante e vallata, ma poi si concentra sul bel lampione in primo piano che sembra - nel contesto - una sfera di ghiaccio. Mi piace.
