Barattano is a fraction of the town of Gualdo Cattaneo (PG).
The castle is located 454 m above sea level, according to data from Istat census of 2001, the residents are 24
The village was built around the thirteenth century and was given the name of Villa S. Angel in the Pool. As a result, it seems because of the bad reputation of the inhabitants, assumed its present name.
