Bellagio

Photographer's Note

Always at Bellagio, two nuns and their accompanying person benefit of the panorama to the Como branch. In the distance, the mountains overlooking the lake often peak over 1000m. The village of Bellagio is located him at 230m.

On 15 days in Italy, I was impressed by the number of nuns that I could see along the stay.

Nice contre-jour shot, with misty mountains: beautiful! I think it's a shame the telescope is there as I find it distracting: I'd have been tempted to clone it away, although you may rightly feel that's cheating... Apart from that, this is a very atmospheric image which makes me yearn for the Summer.
