Reflections in the main entrance., a photo from Milan, Lombardia

Photographer's Note

After a few photos from the park of Villa Annoni, today I show you the main entrance, the large windows and the wrought iron decorations are perfectly preserved after so many centuries, one of the few occasions to photograph great reflections in a small village like mine, you can see part of the bell tower built in 1600.

Dopo qualche foto dal parco di Villa Annoni, oggi vi mostro l'ingresso principale, le grandi vetrate e le decorazioni in ferro battuto sono conservate perfettamente dopo tanti secoli, una delle poche occasioni di fotografare grandi riflessi in un piccolo villaggio come il mio, potete vedere una parte del campanile costruito nel 1600.

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Lep refleks na staklu i arhitektura, dobro pokaznao sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i uhvacenim trenutkom.
Lepa gvozdena ogarda i detalji.

another great shot here my friend. good eye to spot these.
its amazing how easy it is to find these once you learn about them, they're everywhere. But so many people don't know about it haha. smart framing and compo, works very well. lots of fine details to be observed. Very cool.

The reflections are nice, but the wrought iron decorations are even nicer, and most impressive is the usual perfect symmetry and neat cropping.

Hello Luciano, how amazing that there is such a lovely reflection captured behind the wrought iron.

The giant window makes a nice framing for the reflection.
I like the elaborate ornaments as well. Very creative capture, the blue sky made a huge difference with well sun lit buildings in the reflection.

Such a fantastic reflection photo with a superb mix of the reflections, the gates in front of the windows and the tight framing by the classic columns. The yellow colours of the reflected houses look wonderful as well.

Wonderful view showing many levels on this picture. First the light toned columns, then that wrought iron fence. Then we see glimpses of the interior and reflections of buildings. Yellow toned walls make nice clear reflections.

The reflections in different colours remain nicely visible behind the wrought iron work.
Together with both columns, this photo shows a beautiful whole of art and architecture.

Well composed using the golden mean of thirds with excellent sharpness and a nice reflection. The Doric capitals and fluted columns add a neoclassical Greco / Roman look. Tfs!

Hi Luciano,

You captured this scene at just the right time when the buildings in the reflection were in bright sunlight, showing their colours well, and also the bell tower. The wrought iron decorations are very elegant, contrasting with the straight lines of the columns. Perhaps the photo would be improved by increasing the contrast.

Everyone has a style here, e.g. you are good in reflection (and butterfly) photos and this one is an excellent piece of the series. You placed the two yellow building very carefully to the sides and the tower to the almost centre. Well-done! :)
