Sluderno?, a photo from Bolzano, Trentino Alto Adige

Unfortunately, I forgot the name of this extremely old and very beautiful village in the Italian Alps. We were on the road from Engadin in Switzerland to Merano, Italy when we bumped into this place. Ancient (party wooden) walls and very old houses. Must've been a place people encountered when they wanted to cross the Alps in the north-south direction (through the Reschenpass in Austria), because this place looked rich and full of history...

Can't help with the name of the village Jasper, but I like the shot very much. Good pov, with great depth, nice light and shadow and good capture of the rooflines. Well done.

Beautiful street Jasper, captured clearly and from a very good angle. I like the little details that are evident throughout this photo. I did a workshop just for fun...

Very beautiful and characteristic view of Glurns - Glorenza (not Sluderno). It is the only city of the region which preserved completely its city walls. This year it celebrated its 700th aniversary and has only around 1000 inhabitants.
