The fisherman, a photo from Malta, South

Photographer's Note

A fisherman is sitting infront of the ruins of the iron bridge which used to join the breakwater of the Grand Harbour, Malta.
It was built in 1906 and destroyed completely during World War II by the Italian Navy.
Now it is said that a new reconstruction of the bridge is going to happen in the near future!
We hope so!

Bonito y tranquilo sitio para dedicarse al tranquilo y paciente oficio de la pesca . Buena definicion y colores .No se que me ha pasado ...Por un momento he imaginado a godzilla saliendo de las aguas engulliendo al pescador.
Imaginaciones mias uufff.

Hi Francis Xavier!
Good composition with this fisherman sitting in the gap of this broken construction.I like these three rusty poles and the image has a great depth with this lighthouse in the far distance.

quindi č colpa degli italiani se il ponte č stato distrutto :-( ma č merito nostro se la foto č cosě bella e particolare :-).
Ottimo il POV e la particolarissima distribuzione degli elementi sulla scena.

un cadrage original de ce lieu, de belles couleurs mais je pense que tu as forcé sur le sharpness dommage

Wonderful calm setting. I really like the combination of different elements here. My only minor complaint is that the shot appears oversharpened.
