Photographer's Note
Just outside the railwaystaion of Amersfoort there are two old halls where the trains were repaired in older days. Today those old buidldings are renovated and made ready for other purposes.
But for the B&W-camera this is a great place.
Here's the first one. Tell me if you like it.

Hi Albrecht,
I like the photo quite a lot, though I am usually not a fan of industrial architecture. The horizontal point of view was a good choice to show the highness of the building and black and white colours reflect the strange atmosphere of these places well. We have a similar deteriorating industrial area in my city (they used to make shoes there), and the city would also like to use it for other purposes now. So we will see.
Regards.

Dag albrecht,
Zwart wit is inderdaad de geschikte weergave voor dit oud gebouw met zijn stalen gebinten, houten deuren en hoge lichtinval.
Mooi gebracht in een goede recht toe recht aan compositie, grafisch en met steke lichtcontrasten.
groetjes,
Paul
