For Sophie who knows that I don't have "sea legs" but that I love to look at the boats...

Goes est située au coeur de la Zélande, ŕ mis chemin entre l'Escaut oriental au nord et l'Escaut occidental au sud, ŕ quelques 25km de chez nous.

Le riche passé de la ville se reflčte dans ses nombreux monuments, son port clos et dans les remparts qui entourent le centre-ville.

Boats *and* reflection in the water, everything to please me. This is so really typical of how I imagine the Netherlands, a real postcard indeed. I like the way the houses are build, their colors, the boats just at the door, the perfect reflection, the warm light and colors... Thank you Viviane (again).
I wish I had the time to come and see by myself on the way to Amsterdam, but I can't... :^(

And if I'm not the "Sophie" to which this postcard is adressed, well... I still like it! :^)

Une image splendide et trčs équilibrée. C'est mieux que le reflet soit un peu troublé. L'image serait trop symétrique.
La lumičre est splendide.

Bateaux et reflets dans l'eau (surtout de ces belles et typiques maisons du nord) ont attiré mon regard.
Comme dit Bertrand la lumičre est splendide et c'est tout bon d'avoir su si bien en profiter!

La réflexion est magnifique ainsi que les couleurs.

Bonjour Viviane, what a lovely image of Goes! The reflection is ever so nice. An excellent summerpicture, and a nice tribute for Sophie, and thanks to her for writing in English!

There was something I missed in the picture, and I could not say what. At first i thought that the colours needed a punch, but that wasn't the case, but suddenly I knew, it could be sharper, it appears on my screen a bit soft.

The reflections are so very beautiful and scream so loudly of summer and fun. I like the buildimngs they look like puzzle pieces. I don't mean to be picky but I wish you had captured the very tip of the reflection of the boat's mast.

The usual mirror efect.. I like this efect a lot, here it can be seen with a no calm water "moving" the image. Lovely postcard.

The picture is very nice with vivid colors. The reflection in the wtare is very cool. Just one remark, Goes is linked with the 'Oosterschelde' by a canal and the" Goesse sas" and the'Veerse meer' is in the proximity. It is an arm of the 'Oosterschelde' and is bordered by the islands Noord-, Zuid-Beveland and Walcheren.
My mother was born in Goes by the way.

C'est vrai que votre Fuji marche bien. On retrouve le męme éclat que sur mes photos tirées avec un Fuji aussi. Un cadrage parfait, de jolies couleurs...C'est ça la vrai photo !

Ya tengo corregido las fotos de Foix. Le agradezco la atención. Pero ahora me dedico a comentar su fotografia.
Composicion excelente y punto de visto bueno. La definición y los colores vivos dicen mucho de la foto sin olvidar la reflexion.

Viviane, ils sont superbes ces reflets de maisons typiques. La lumičre et les couleurs sont un enchantement. Belle réalisation !
