I guess the piano is already under the water...

I'd crop the bottom, and remove the pond. The upper 2/3 are wonderful with the fall colors and na very nice light.

The colors and lighting are once again splendid on this one. I agree with Yitzhak that cropping a bit of the bottom might enhance this, although the beam of light in the bottom right corner looks nice. Glad you're not going to make us jealous with any more of your incredible office views :-)

Beautiful autumn scene. The tree crowns are amazing. Beautiful iridescence from the red crown on the left to the yellow. The pool with ducks it so peaceful.

The light is very beautiful, colours are magnificent. Maybe it is necessary to cut the pond so that the impact is bigger but I am not sure of the whole.
La lumičre est trčs belle, les couleurs sont magnifiques. Peut-ętre couper l'étang pour que l'impact soit plus grand mais je ne suis pas certaine du tout.

Superbe couleurs et lumičres bien maitrisées.
Je relčve unmanque de netteté toutefois.
Mais ce genre de photos est si difficile ŕ faire.
