Storslett - Camping Fosselv
Still driving the E6 and we are now, after having left Karasjok, we are now between Alta and Tromsř, and having a night stop at camping Fosselv, with a unique view on the Reisafjorden and the snowy mountains in the north.
The little red cabin is a barbecue house.

Hello dear Viviane,
Ah, ha, I see that you, Will and I have all posted pictures from Norway this morning! :)
And what a beautiful place you found to stop on your journey! The view across the fjord to the snowy mountains is indeed stunningly beautiful - as is your photograph. Gorgeous light and colours, perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness.
Beautiful!
Kindest Regards,
John.
P.S. Did you tow your caravan all this way?

Hello Viviane,
I am so impressed with your travelling!
I looked on the internet and from The Netherlands to Storslett is well over 3.000 kms.
In a plane it would have taken five and half hours, towing a caravan ... who can say!
But, in a plane, you would not have seen these striking views, or had a chance to barbecue in a teepee-like red hut!
To camp on the banks of this fjord must have been so satisfying, to look out on this view constantly!
I like how you have used the tree in your composition, to anchor the f/g and cast that long shadow across the path The little, red hut makes an attractive link between the f/g , the blue fjord and the cool, snowy mountains in the b/g.
Have a lovely day,
Bev :-)

Bonsoir Viviane,

Hello Viviane
And this is in May. Wow....when does the two week summer show up. Thank goodness for the modern campers to take away the winters chill. A very interesting image.

Hi Viviane,
Again a photo proving how fantastic your journey to northern Norway was. Far from cities and summer still waiting I'm a bit surprised that this camping site already has quite a few visitors. Lovely fjord and mountain background.

Hello Viviane
Fairytale campground. A fine follow up to your previous road picture, I was wondering where that road would lead to :)
