Two comments that King Olav made, describing clearly what a great person he was - and his grand child beside him here, seems to have inherited the most of him - he said to the person who asked him why he did not have security guard watching him: "What! - I do have four millions!!".
When the world got a more unsafe place to be at; and Norwegian NSA started to secure his spare time residence by building higher fences around the premises, he said: "The fences shall not be higher that the elks (moozes) will be able to come in!".
When he died the people of Oslo sobbed openly and unrestrained, and that is a very rare sensation, in a country controlled by state police; even the press.
Personally I hope Martha is the one taking over the throne; that would do Norway a great deal of good, believe me...
