Spring by the river Bug, a photo from Podlaskie, East

Photographer's Note

According to the locals more water than expected this spring in the big river Bug.
Beside of that good photo opportunities for some bypassing TE'ers on their weekend photo gathering.

This variation is made by stitching 2 photos vertically (tool: Panoramamaker)

Lovely shot john - having spent winter days freezing off various parts of my anatomy with Jerzy I really appreciate this spring scene - the 'scum' on the water is actually delicately beautiful and a good reflection captured. Seamless stitiching.

Hello Jack,
Very nice colors. The pattern of dirt at the edge of the water is very nice to see. Good work with the stitch.Can't make out its two pics inside. The reflections are very nice.

A nice square format, I like here the curve made by the shore.
I slightly prefer white frames, but that's a personal taste.

Wonderful reflections, color, & sharpness. I like the graphism of the dark trees. Perhaps I would try to disguise the yellow scum, with some pp work? Good work overall & tfs!

Good use of the vertical stitching technique on this photo from the PL workshop, Jack. Interesting how the upper part is almost a black&white (okay, blue&white) vs the few but pronounced contrasting natural tones in the lower area. Nice photo, greetings from Bucharest.

Hi Jack, it's an orginal use of thr Panoramamaker, and the result is very interesting. The colors of the shallow water may be a result of pollution, but these colored curved line do make this photo so attractive, IMO, Well done.

Fantastic light for this shot with an optimum crop. I really like the multiple reflection of the water surface which is polished as some silver mirror.

the reflection,lines in border of the water graphicaly,the fading color in the sky,silhouettes of the trees,and no one here...all are captured ,stitched,composed and managed skilfully,very beautiful and very attractive,You did fine,Jack !

Nice view on the lake. I like the result of the stitch (you can see a minor flaw to the right though!). It's nice to have the curve of the mud in the foreground, leading the eye.

J'aime l'atmosphčre donnée par les arbres et leurs reflets. Le fait d'avoir réuni deux photos en format vertical donne une impression d'espace.
