Hello Jasmis,
It doesn't matter to the photo if she is living alone or not. It's in any case a fine portrait with an excellent tonal range, wonderful contrasts and sharpness, a good eye-contact and a glimpse of her environment.

This is a lovely informal portrait of this old lady. I'm sure you're right about ner lonely existence, but she's putting a brave face on it: that smile is almost cheeky! On a technical note I'm intrigued by your (deliberate) use of flat contrast, with no true highlights: could it be that you were emphasizing the greyness of her day to day life?
