I didn't really like this until I thought of rendering it in B&W. Like this I think it gives a good impression of summer nights there. The beautifully restored town centre is a mixture of quite streets, and others full of bars and cafes, as is the cross street in the distance here, with the many people walking past. Tripod, a handy peice of street furniture.

Good choice for b&w, but could be sharper. Tonal range is great, & I like the repetition of the arches & windows.

Richard, good choice going for B&W for this pic. I love the market of Poznań. I has its own atmosphere. The old biuldings plus tha cafes make the place remarkable. I think your shot expresses all of this. Greetings, Jerzy

IMO it would have been better if sharper and less noisy.

Besides the b&w choice, what i really like in this picture is the way the light pole lands its shawdow softly but sharply on the wall.
I tried to do a crop to enphasize this part of your picture (with the two windows, the shadow and the light pole) but the balcony just above makes it far from good.
Maybe you have another photo to show this in more detail?

Nice BW example Richard. The light is well disposed and the grain in the photo works well. A kind of 'old fashion' style in this one

it does have a mood indeed.. that was a good choice to transfer the shot in B&w.. only flaw for me is the grainy aspect, but you know my personal taste as far as grain is concerned... so i guess it is only a matter of personal likings...

Good shot with a nice mood, because of the B/W and the grain it your picture.
I also like the lamppost and the shadow of it, that's nice.
