I dedicate this photo and WS to Gert (Holmertz) because he was interested in a wooden sculpture from the center of Brzeziny.

Brzeziny is a village in Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Brzeziny. It lies approximately 40 kilometres east of Ostrów Wielkopolski.

Krzysztof, theses statues carved in the wood are a remarkable artwork. They represent musicians playing different instruments. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

The diagonal line of the edge is giving dynamism to the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the sculptures. The light is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.

A very nice capture of this group of sculptures. The large wood carved musicians look amazing and their warm colours look good in this sunlight. Also the contrast with the green trees is good.

Witaj Krzysztof,

I really like wood carvings and would like to have a figure like one of these, in my garden. I really like how their surfaces reveal all the tool marks.
This is a lovely composition, nicely curving into the distance, for a fine sense of perspective.
The sunlight adds a glow to the sculptures.
