Its Santo Antonio Festa ,this lady wants to be the first to decorate her side of the street about two hours before the procession passes by. It is tradition in the islands to decorate the midle of the street with diferent designs and colours as well as ones side of the street with flags and shrubs to pay homage to the patron saint and Christ the Lord.
